Russ and Quinn Workman started a convenience store back in 1984. In 2007, they conceived the idea of operating a truck stop and opened Workman's Hilltop Travel Center, a large-scale state-of-the-art truck stop in Rudy, Arkansas. Shortly after, Russ and Quinn's kids joined in the business, turning the daily operations of the truck-stop into a full-fledged family affair. In 2012, Workman's opened the second location at I-40 in Ozark, Arkansas. Finally, the Workman's opened their newest location in Lowell, Arkansas in 2017.
